Darkness falls upon the hour
And the sun begins to fade
Up in the sky, the moon comes out
And the stars begin to play

Walking down across the beach
Where the sand and the sea meet
The icy waves longingly reach
Caressing, they kiss my feet

Across my face, the cold breezes play
The light wind weeps
And the palm trees sway
For itself, my lonely heart speaks

I look back along the steps
On the forlorn silhouette,
Who keeps me company
Without her, I’m just too lonely

And that’s when I realize…
